We’re committed to making sure our customers can take their new bikes on great adventures without having to worry about them.

Every new bike purchase already includes a free 1-year service plan, but we also offer a comprehensive Protection Plan that goes far beyond basic service. This plan covers most major components on your bike for 3 full years, including both parts and labor.

When you compare our plan to others, you’ll see it offers exceptional value. Most manufacturer warranties only cover parts for one year—our Protection Plan extends that coverage to three years for greater peace of mind. We even include flat tire protection.

What’s Included

  • Coverage for nearly every component on the bike, from front to rear. If a covered part fails due to normal use, it will be replaced at no cost to you.*
  • Flat tire repairs, including tube replacement or tubeless sealant refresh, plus labor.**
  • Parts and labor included — no hidden fees or deductibles.
  • Unlimited tune-ups for the entire 3-year term.

The Fine Print:

*Exclusions: Breakage due to accident or abuse is not covered. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Electric components on e-bikes are covered by manufacturer warranty only; though labor to replace is covered by this plan . Frames, forks, and rear shocks are covered only by manufacturer warranty only, though labor to replace is covered by this plan. Saddle fabric not covered. Regular fork and suspension service not included. Manufacturer warranty takes precedence on all parts.   All qualifying work must be performed at Element Sports.

**Up to three tubes per year for duration of Plan. Tires not covered unless defective.
